‘Vanderpump Rules’: Raquel Leviss Celebrates 27th Birthday With Fellow Cast Members
Raquel Leviss, cast member of the Bravo reality show Vanderpump Rules, just celebrated another trip around the sun.
The reality star has experienced a lot of changes in the past year since the show stopped filming due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Here is what has happened to Leviss, how she spent her birthday, and when fans can expect to see her on-screen again.

Leviss has appeared on the show since season 6 and will be a main cast member for the first time in season 9. Leviss started as a recurring guest since she was main cast member James Kennedy’s girlfriend, but she endeared herself to viewers and built a fan base of her own.
Vanderpump Rules typically films in the spring and summer and then premieres in the fall or winter. In 2020, filming of the show stopped due to the lockdowns from the pandemic.
The show centers around the staff at SUR, the restaurant owned by The Real Housewives of Beverly Hill’s Lisa Vanderpump. With restaurants closed indefinitely, it made filming the show impossible. In the spring and summer of 2021, the restaurant was able to reopen and the show could resume filming.
On May 16, Leviss announced her engagement to fellow cast member James Kennedy by posting a photo on Instagram of her hand wearing an engagement ring. She also had an orange wristband that said “Rachella.” She captioned it, “James proposed at the iconic Empire Polo Fields of “RACHELLA” Friday night… and I said YES! I’m over the Coachella moon ✨🌵🌙 #RACHELLA”
Since the date of her engagement likely overlapped with the filming schedule, it’s possible that viewers can expect to see what happened in the upcoming season.

According to Famous Birthdays, Leviss’ birthday is Sept. 12, 1994. She celebrated this year by going out to dinner with some of her Vanderpump Rules cast members.
She posted a photo of herself on Instagram flanked by Scheana Shay and Ariana Madix. The three women are holding cocktails in the photo, and Leviss captioned the image, “Bday dinner with my favorite girls at my favorite restaurant 🌿 @scheana @ariana252525” It’s worth noting that the location of the photo is Soulmate WeHo, not SUR.
But the birthday festivities didn’t stop there. Leviss also went to Disneyland with her fiancé and some friends. It’s unclear whether or not other cast members were with them.
Leviss posted a photo of herself on Instagram wearing blue sparkly mouse ears and embracing Kennedy. Sha captioned it, “I’ve had so many incredible birthdays over my 27 years of existence, but this one takes the cake 🍰 I had so much fun with some of my best friends at Disneyland yesterday. I didn’t take many pictures because I wanted to enjoy the moment, but I do want to share this one cause this man always makes my bday extra special! Love you @itsjameskennedy 💜”
Raquel Leviss will return to ‘Vanderpump Rules’ this month
Several cast members of the popular reality TV show took to social media in early September to announce the return of Vanderpump Rules. New episodes will start on Sept. 28.
Leviss posted a photo of the cast of the upcoming season on Instagram. Most of the new additions from last season were missing, with the exception of Charli Burnett, who will return for her second season.
She captioned it, “Vanderpump Rules premiers September 28th!! Who’s ready for Season 9? 🦋”
