Victor Arroyo Says Janelle Pierzina’s Claim His Wedding With Nicole Franzel Is ‘Comped’ Was ‘Stupid and Petty’
Things got heated between Janelle Pierzina and Nicole Franzel during Big Brother 22. It got to the point where Franzel took back her wedding invitation and Pierzina dissed her wedding on social media. Victor Arroyo addressed Pierzina’s claims with Franzel.
Janelle Pierzina accused Nicole Franzel of having a cheap wedding
Franzel is getting married to Arroyo, and they were recently seen on Amazing Race 31. They invited some of the Big Brother 22 cast members to the event. One of the invited guests was Pierzina, who previously appeared on the same season of the Amazing Race.
This is because they used to get along, but this changed during the season. Franzel was in The Committee alliance and they targeted Pierzina. Things got personal once Pierzina was finally evicted.
“I know you probably don’t want to come to my wedding, so just don’t worry about it,” Franzel told Pierzina in her goodbye message. Pierzina went home and then tweeted when she got Franzel’s wedding invitation in the mail.
“Just received my invite. 3k for hotel so Nicole’s reception and hotel stay can basically be comped. Glad I don’t have to go. I hate cheap a** weddings where the go to song is Cotton Eyed Joe,” she tweeted.
They postponed their wedding after the season
The engaged couple is reunited, and were continuing to prepare for their wedding. “I have so much stuff with the wedding that I have to catch up on. It’s in a month. I have so much,” Franzel told ET Canada. Two days ago Franzel posted a picture with Arroyo on Instagram with the caption, “Only ✨ONE month✨ til I MARRY this hunk #arroyalwedding.”
But they gave an update on their podcast on Nov. 12. “We just found out that the resort’s not opening so we’re rescheduling,” Franzel said on her Coco Caliente podcast. “We’re postponing to the spring and we’re going to keep everything the same and we’re really excited about it.”
Arroyo said she was still working on their wedding after she returned home before this decision was made. Franzel added that this is the third time their wedding has been postponed.

The couple also addressed the rumor about their wedding in the episode. “I think there was a rumor going around about people paying to come to our wedding, which is absolutely effing absurd,” Franzel said. Arroyo clarified that the guests do pay for their flight and stay.
“We still have to put money into the wedding,” he said. “There’s still thousands and thousands of dollars are going into our wedding, which is not something that our guests are paying. That doesn’t make any sense.”
Arroyo said he knows who started the rumor and that it was “stupid and petty.” Franzel said it’s normal for destination weddings that guests pay for flights and their stay.
The couple talked about trying to see the positive things about their situation. But it looks like they’re not happy with Pierzina for what she had to say about their wedding.
