Victoria Pedretti Reveals Her Not-so-Secret Cartoon Crushes
She’s played an American nanny living in the British countryside and a murdering baker/mother for trending Netflix original shows. Victoria Pedretti also revealed some animated characters who she, of course, thought were attractive.
Here’s what we know about some of Pedretti’s favorite cartoon crushes, including one from an award-winning Disney film.

Pedretti is known for her acting skills, as showcased in the Netflix original shows The Haunting of Hill House and The Haunting of Bly Manor. For the first season, Pedretti portrayed one of the youngest members of the Crain family haunted as an adult by childhood events.
In the second season of the Netflix franchise, The Haunting of Bly Manor, Pedretti played the fearless and selfless nanny named Dani.
She earned the MTV Movie Award for Most Frightened Performance and a nomination in the Best Supporting Actress in the Streaming Presentation category from the Academy of Science Fiction. Pedretti even had a cameo in Kacey Musgraves’ Star-Crossed film.
Victoria Pedretti shared her love for several animated characters
Although she hasn’t starred in an animated film, this actor shared her love for several cartoon crushes. That includes the love interest from Disney’s award-winning production Mulan and another character from The Prince of Egypt.
“Yeah, who hasn’t. Oh my god, yeah,” the Haunting of Hill House actor said during one interview with MTV. “Shang in Mulan. That’s a good one. Moses in the [The] Prince of Egypt, my God.”
Unfortunately, this actor has not shared her favorite Disney movie with fans. When it comes to fictional characters portrayed by Pedretti, this actor had a few thoughts regarding who should meet in real life. She ultimately chose Dani from The Haunting of Bly Manor and Love Quinn from You.
“I think if Dani and Love met, they’d have some good chats for sure,” she said with a laugh. “I don’t think they’d get along. Although Dani gets along with everybody. I guess not murderers. Whatever.”

Pedretti returned for the third season of the Netflix thriller series You. You has been confirmed for its fourth season. However, with Love Quinn enduring a painful death in season 3, Pedretti is not expected to return for future episodes of the Netflix original series.
“I’m hopeful,” Pedretti said during an interview with Elle. “I don’t know what would be a good fate for Joe, to be honest. I really don’t. I hope he sees the errors in his ways, but I for some reason, struggle with imagining that could ever happen. ‘Cause he still thinks that he’s doing that even when he’s not.”
Several productions featuring Pedretti, including The Haunting of Bly Manor, You, and The Haunting of Hill House are available on Netflix.
