Meghan Markle has made her return to Instagram after a seven-year hiatus and eagle-eyed fans have been pointing out what others may not have noticed in her posts.

The former Suits star‘s first post was a shot of her giggling and running on the beach before inscribing “2025” in the sand. The duchess’s second post features the trailer for her Netflix show titled With Love, Meghan. The comments for Meghan’s Instagram are not turned on but some decided to air their feelings about her posts and new show on other social media platforms including X. In addition to giving their opinions, several users began sharing something that Harry’s wife had hoped wouldn’t be seen again and people would just forget about.

Here’s more on that and why Meghan is being accused of “rehearsing” and “practicing” her first post.

What’s being shared again following Meghan’s Instagram posts

Because anything Meghan says and does is under a microscope, it should come as no surprise that social media users have begun dissecting everything about her posts. Some say she clearly “rehearsed” and “practiced” what is supposed to look like a spontaneous, joyful moment on the beach.

They noted that about four seconds into the footage and to the left of Meghan, there is a slightly washed-out “2025” that already appears etched in the sand before she runs further up the shore and writes it in another spot.

Users took to X asking, “How many times she rehearsed that?” and opining “She probably took 30 takes of writing 2025.” While another said: “Yikes you’d think they’d be editing the clip … that’s just sloppy work by whoever did it.”

And since no one can comment on Meghan’s actual post about her show, they had no problem doing so under Netflix’s post of the trailer. There are fans who say they are looking forward to watching the show and then there are others who say they will not be watching in order to give the duchess her “privacy.”

Those users are actually mocking Meghan by sharing clips and videos of that humiliating South Park “Worldwide Privacy Tour” episode which was dedicated to ripping the Sussexes and the claim that they want privacy.

“Respecting their privacy by giving them exactly what they asked for—not watching it,” one user wrote. And another said: “Let the Worldwide Privacy Tour begin. After months and months of complaining about social media & claiming she doesn’t even look at it, the grifting is in full force.”

Expert says Meghan ‘enjoys being the center of attention’ in her new show

As for Meghan’s show, an expert analyzed her body language in the trailer and observed signs showing that the former actor “enjoys” being the star and center of attention.

Darren Stanton is a body language and behavioral expert with a degree in psychology. He previously worked as a police officer and used his expertise to uncover the truth when interviewing hundreds of suspects. He later moved into media and TV as a consultant and has been dubbed the “Human Lie Detector.”

Speaking on behalf of Betfair Slots, Stanton said: “In terms of her posture, we have to remember these shots may be staged, but in terms of her smile, she shows an exaggerated smile, it’s very Hollywood. She’s enjoying the moment and being the center of the limelight. Often we see Harry get the attention when they’re together, but here, it’s focused on her.

“We don’t see any signs of fear or frustration from Meghan, she’s very happy. From a non-verbal perspective, we see lots of open-palm gestures, no arms crossed or anything like that. In the trailer, she’s coming across relaxed and happy, and in a state of enjoyment at being the center of attention.”
