Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was ‘used to being a boss,’ said Wendy Williams

In an episode of The Wendy Williams Show, Wendy Williams discussed Sean “Diddy” Combs’ breakup with Cassie Ventura. “She got tired of the sneaking around, and we never saw it here,” Williams said of not picking up on hints the couple’s relationship had gone south.

Then Williams spoke for Ventura, stating, “He’s not marrying me, but I want a baby. I want to be a wife with a baby. I’ve been with him for 11 years and am still young. She sings, she’s beautiful, she has a talent.”

The talk show host subsequently shared her thoughts about Combs. She said, “I love Puff. I respect his hustle.”

However she added, “But for a guy who’s been a boss so long like Puff, he’s used to having people do what he wants, and when they don’t, he’s used to seeing them buried under the bus afterward. Think about it. When Puff is done with you, he drops you. You don’t just walk away from Puff and see success.”

Wendy Williams says ‘it’s about time’ Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ paid for bad behavior

The former talk show host has kept a low profile after being diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and aphasia. But she spoke out against Combs’ bad behavior in an interview with The Daily Mail.

“What is really weird is that I have been told by so many people, ‘Wendy, you called it,’” she said in October 2024. “Including some people from my family who have said the same.”

Williams continued, “You know how I feel about that? It is about time. To see this video on TV of [Cassie] getting pummeled, it was just horrific. But now you have to think, how many more times? How many people? How many more women? It’s just so horrible.”
