What Is a Typical Day Like for Kris Jenner?
Kris Jenner‘s days are anything but a walk in the park.
Not only does she manage all six of her famous children’s careers as well as produces and stars on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the momager is also a savvy businesswoman who knows exactly what it takes to be successful in the entertainment industry.
Seeing as though she has a lot on her plate, Jenner’s days are usually jam-packed. And even though she can afford to take time off, she’d rather stay busy.
So what does the Kardashian-Jenner matriarch’s daily routine consist of, and how does she handle having such a busy lifestyle?
Jenner gets her days started early
Not many people are early risers, but Jenner definitely is.
While chatting with Khloé Kardashian’s Good American brand during an IGTV video promoting its Bosswear collection, the momager reveals that she starts her days off by waking up super early.
“I get up every day at 5, and I usually work out and I’m usually on the treadmill, or I do pilates,” she shared. “And then I get into the office around 9 o’clock.”
Since Jenner is such a busy woman, she’s doesn’t really have time to sit down and indulge in a full course breakfast. So instead, she opts for a simple smoothie that gives her the same health benefits.
“That’s my go-to every single morning,” she revealed. “So it’s water, ice, protein powder, berries, half a banana, protein powder. Did I say protein powder? And almond butter.”
The momager gets right to work
Once she’s completed her morning routine, Jenner heads to her office — which is located inside Kylie Cosmetics headquarters — and immediately checks her emails.
During the interview, the Kardashian matriarch revealed that her first email of the day is usually from her Chief Brand Officer, Jen Cohan, who is typically the first person she’s in contact with.
From there, Jenner gets right to work doing all that makes her the momager she’s known for being.
While she didn’t give Good American a step by step rundown of her typical workday, Jenner previously described an average day for herself to the HuffingtonPost.
Though her days are never the same, the momager did share what her day was like following the 2018 Met Gala.
It included:
- Conducting phoners – an interview done over the phone
- Meetings
- Recording Keeping up with the Kardashians throughout the day
- Getting glam
- Picking up her daughters from different hotels
- Changing outfits multiple times with Tommy Hilfiger
- Going to a dinner hosted by the Business of Fashion
- Getting on a midnight flight with Kylie and Travis Scott
She eats the same thing for lunch every day
When it comes to lunch, the reality star revealed that she typically eats the same thing every single day. That is until she finds something new to indulge in.
“I have the same thing for lunch almost every day which is, I go in like, I get on something and that lasts for a couple of months, so right now I’m on to a Turkey Cobb,” she shared.
She even drinks tea throughout the day to give herself that much-needed energy boost.
Work never stops for Jenner
After spending a few hours in the office, the momager heads home in the afternoon to film a few scenes for her family’s hit E! series.
“Today I’m leaving at 2:30 because I’m going to go home and film and film Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” she explained.
When asked what time she stops working for the day, Jenner revealed that her days are nonstop, and clocking out doesn’t really exist in her world.
“I don’t stop,” the momager confessed. “I think if I go to sleep. I’m working in my sleep, so I’m always thinking about something.”
As for how much sleep she gets a night, Jenner shares that she gets a lot more rest nowadays than she did before.
“About six hours, 6 to 7. I used to go on 4 to 5, but the older I get, the more sleep I need,” she said.
So as you can see, Jenner makes the most out of every 24 hours. And while her days seem like they can get overwhelming, the momager went on to share how she stays on top of her grind and continues being the ultimate boss she is.
“Get a lot of sleep and really take care of yourself,” she said. “I think the more that I work out and stay strong and stretch and do all the things that they’ve been telling me to do for decades, the stronger I feel so the better I work.”
