What’s New With ‘The Pioneer Woman’ Ree Drummond
The Pioneer Woman has experienced a lot of change over the last couple of months. Here’s what Ree Drummond shared about what’s been going on in her life so far.
New episodes of ‘The Pioneer Woman’ are on the way
Drummond announced her TV crew from Australia will be back soon for new episodes. They’re set to return in July. We won’t get to see her kids filming shows anymore. It was fun while it lasted. Drummond had many kitchen adventures, including a visit from a rat, a spoon that went up in flames, snake pranks, and more. (Here are Drummond’s funniest bloopers.)
New episodes also mean Drummond must say goodbye to her Nephew Stu. The two grew close while he was helping with taking photos for the show. Drummond posted a heartfelt message to Stu on Instagram.
“Now [Stu is] off to a summer internship in Chicago then back to college in the fall, and my original crew will come back in July!” says Drummond on Instagram. “I love this kid so much, and we’ve had the greatest laughs. So proud of you Stu, and Aunt Ree will miss you so much!!! Oh, and see you at Paige’s graduation in like eight days, ha.”
Paige Drummond graduated from college
Drummond took time to congratulate her daughter, Paige, who just graduated from college. Drummond was beaming with pride.
“Swipe forward to see the moment I said goodbye to Paige when we first took her to college,” says Drummond on Instagram. “I had a trembling lip, a quivering voice, and a broken heart—and I exploded in tears the second Ladd and I pulled away from her dorm. My poor husband. It was a three-plus hour drive home. That was just yesterday, right? I could swear it was. Yet here we are, she is graduating! I love this beautiful, strong, and mighty daughter o’ mine. Congratulations Paige!”

Drummond recently announced the introduction of her new outdoor furniture line at Walmart. If you’re a fan of florals, this collection is for you. Drummond made sure to include a lot of bright colors and floral prints.
“One of my favorite things about spring is watching everything come to life and being able to enjoy more time outside—both on the porch and in the garden,” says Drummond on The Pioneer Woman website. “I just couldn’t help but bring that into a full outdoor line. I absolutely love this new collection and can’t wait to see the different ways the products are used to bring color and fun to outdoor spaces!”
Ree Drummond gave an update on Ladd Drummond
Drummond says she has been getting a lot of questions about her husband, Ladd Drummond, and how he’s doing. Since it has been one year since the accident, Drummond says she thought she would give what she calls “a year accident-aversary update.”
Drummond says Ladd recovered well after the surgery. However, according to her, he was sometimes a “bad” patient and “pushed the envelope” a few days after he left the hospital. Drummond says Ladd drove around the ranch four days later, rode on his horse a few weeks later, and took off his neck brace to walk their eldest child, Alex, down the aisle at her wedding. (Drummond notes that he put the neck brace back on after that.)
