Jackass Forever returns audiences to the main film franchise for the first time since 2010’s Jackass 3D. The trailer shows how the newest installment brings in some truly insane stunts and jokes. They range from disgusting to painful in what will surely have longtime franchise fans excited. Here’s a look at where you can watch Jackass Forever on release.

‘Jackass Forever’ brings in new blood

Jackass Forever sees the return of the entire cast from previous installments, other than Bam Margera. He was fired from the production, although the scenes already filmed will be in the movie. Nevertheless, Jackass Forever intends to move forward to give longtime franchise fans exactly what they wanted in a brand new installment.

Johnny Knoxville told GQ that Jackass Forever will be his final outing in the franchise. “You can only take so many chances before something irreversible happens,” Knoxville said. “I feel like I’ve been extremely lucky to take the chances I’ve taken and still be walking around.”

This makes sense, given that Jackass Forever reported several injuries while filming this installment.

Jackass Forever introduces six new members to the cast. This includes Jasper Dolphin, Compston “Darkshark” Wilson, Eric Manaka, Rachel Wolfson, Zach Holmes, and Sean “Poopies” McInerney. This could indicate a future ahead of Jackass Forever, but without Knoxville.

‘Jackass Forever’ is heading to theaters

The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic changed how some Hollywood studios are releasing some of their biggest titles. All 2021 Warner Bros. titles went day-and-date to HBO Max, including big blockbuster movies such as The Matrix Resurrections and Dune.

However, Paramount Pictures isn’t opting for a streaming option. Their horror hit Scream went exclusively to theaters, despite the state of the coronavirus pandemic. This box office success shows that many audiences are still willing to go to movie theaters for highly-anticipated titles.

Paramount Pictures is following suit with the next Jackass movie. The movie is hitting theaters exclusively on Feb. 4. This comes after several release delays as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

Similar to previous installments, Jackass Forever will have another version titled Jackass 4.5. It will feature behind-the-scenes footage, as there was enough shot for a whole other movie. Jackass 4.5 will hit the streaming service Netflix at a later date.

Some audiences may want to go back and watch the original Jackass trilogy for nostalgic purposes.

Jackass: The Movie, Jackass Number Two, and Jackass 3D are all currently available to rent or purchase through digital retailers, such as Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, and Google Play. Unfortunately, they aren’t currently streaming on platforms such as Netflix.

However, Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa is currently streaming on Paramount+ for subscribers. Otherwise, fans will have to shell out a few dollars per film to rent or purchase the original trilogy if they want to revisit them before Jackass Forever hits theaters.
