According to New York Daily News, during a virtual press conference to promote the launch of Disney+’s “Star” branch in European markets, executives confirmed that the sitcom will be heading to Disney+ this summer.
The Disney+ Senior Vice President Luke Bradley-Jones has reportedly been working diligently to transfer the series from Hulu to Disney+. And, it looks like his hard work has finally paid off. Soon, you’ll be able to watch your favorite animated classics and binge The Golden Girls all in the same place. Bradley-Jones shared:
“I can’t give you the exact date but coming this summer you’ll have every season of The Golden Girls, every ever episode of The Golden Girls, available on Disney+.”
