Which Rapper Mocked Lala Kent’s relationship with Randall Emmett from ‘Vanderpump Rules?’
Lala Kent from Vanderpump Rules just got mocked for her relationship with producer Randall Emmett. The Instagram shade she received seems personal and far more than just a random comment targeting her for being engaged to the producer.
While she’s received some derogatory comments about her relationship from the cast in the past, especially James Kennedy, everyone seems to have embraced the union.
One possible reason for the targeted comments is that Kent has been cast in a number of Emmett’s productions. And while no one is dissing her from Vanderpump Rules, this rapper turned his comments up to blast. Who just mocked her on Instagram and what is his relationship to the couple?
He posted a clip from ‘Vanderpump Rules’ to make his case
Rapper, actor and producer 50 Cent made his case on Instagram with a Vanderpump Rules video. “10 seconds left in the 4 quarter hoe’s are Winning. Do you want A range rover, yes, bitch yassss,” he wrote. “Then just run out ♀️and suck a d**k. LOL.” The suck a d**k line clearly referenced Kristen Doute’s famous delivery.
The video highlights how Kent got her acting gig through Emmett. She says he saw her in the film The Row and then pursued her for another role. She admits after the audition she “hit it” immediately and then they were inseperable.
Fans immediately fired away with questions. One fan asked, “Ain’t he producing BMF?” 50 Cent responded, “Yeah that’s my man but he a sucker.” Another person asked if Emmett was the producer and 50 Cent basically repeated his “sucker” line. Prior to the Instagram smackdown, Emmett’s profile picture was with 50 Cent. Emmett removed the image since 50 Cent’s video posted.
How are Emmett and 50 Cent linked?
Why the sudden hate? Emmett and 50 Cent co-founded film production company, Cheetah Vision. The artists created the company in 2009 where 50 Cent scored a $200 million deal for the company. The production house seems to have stalled as films haven’t exactly been rolling out since 2013.
Beyond business, it appears that Kent and Emmett share more than just a professional relationship with the rapper. In 2018 the couple partied with 50 Cent in Cannes. Kent posted a video to her Instagram. “This f—ing clown,” she laughs. “He thinks he’s 50 Cent!”
In the video, she pans the room. She and Emmett were attending Cannes for the film Gotti. Kent is wearing a stunning white dress as she shows fans the amazing setup. The camera lands on 50 Cent and Emmett. “We’re here baby,” 50 Cent says as Emmett peaks his head in toward the camera.
Kent responded to the post. “Wow fifty. I’m disgusted. We’ve sat up at dinners solo with you, you showing mad love, while begging Rand to put one of your new talentless bitches in a film, and this is how you come for me? On the gram?”
