Throughout their 11 year career, The Jonas Brother has become known for writing songs about the women they love.

From first loves to heartbreak, Nick, Joe, and Kevin know a thing or two about writing songs from the heart and the songs on their new album Happiness Begins are no different.

The 14-song album touches upon different aspects of The Jonas Brothers’ lives after their breakup and also shines a light on the loving relationships they have with their wives, Priyanka, Sophie, and Danielle.

“Hesitate” was a love letter to Sophie Turner

Aside from the hit summer songs, fans have been loving off of The Jonas Brothers’ new album Happiness Begins, the album also has some songs that pay homage to their wives.

One of those meaningful love songs is track 14, which is titled “Hesitate”.

The song is Joe Jonas’s “love letter” to Sophie Turner and in it, he sings about helping her through the tough times and also seems to reference her struggles with depression.

In the song, Joe says that he will always be by her side even when times are hard and that he’ll “be there time and place.”

In the song, Joe sings, “I will take your pain / And put it on my heart / I won’t hesitate / Just tell me where to start / I thank the oceans for giving me you / You save me once, and now I’ll save you too / I won’t hesitate for you.”

Theses lyrics line up with what Sophie Turner has said about Joe’s constant support over the years.

“I was going through this phase of being very mentally unwell. He was, like, ‘I can’t be with you until you love yourself, I can’t see you love me more than you love yourself.’ That was something, him doing that. I think he kind of saved my life, in a way,” Sophie said during an interview with Sunday Times.

We knew that Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner had an amazing relationship, but this just solidifies that they truly are meant to be.

One of the songs is about Nick’s marriage to Priyanka Chopra

Since tying the knot back in December after only dating for a few months, Nick Jonas and his wife, Priyanka Chopra, have experienced a lot of backlash for their fast courtship.

Though their marriage has received backlash over the past few months, Nick Jonas wrote a song that confirms that his marriage is far from a mistake.

In the song “I Believe,” Nick sings about how his relationship with Priyanka Chopra is stronger than ever, despite their intentions constantly being questioned.

The song starts out with Nick singing, “Every night, every day; how about every lifetime?” which many can assume is what Nick and Priyanka said during their wedding vows. He then goes into, “Yeah, I know what they say, and that’s fine.”

In the chorus, Nick shows those nay-sayers just how serious he is about his relationship and his wife. “Call me crazy, people saying that we move too fast (too fast),” Then he sings, “But I’ve been waiting for a reason, ain’t no turning back.”

The Jonas Brothers have always had a way with words, but this album just makes us love them even more.
