Who Ben Higgins Wants to Set Hannah Brown up With From Bachelor Nation
Though some Bachelor fans are hoping Peter Weber ends up with Hannah Brown (that when his mother tells him to “bring her home” she’s referring to the former bachelorette), she’s indicated on a few different occasions that she’s very much single (and not sure how to mingle).
Former bachelor Ben Higgins has some thoughts on who Brown might be good with from Bachelor Nation.
Derek Peth
“You know what? I’m a big Derek Peth fan. I like Derek. He’s a nice guy. He’s been through a lot, too,” Higgins told Life & Style on January 29 when asked who he felt would be a good match for Brown.
Peth was first introduced to Bachelor Nation on JoJo Fletcher’s season of The Bachelorette. He went on to star in Bachelor in Paradise where he got engaged to Taylor Nolan, but the couple split less than a year later.
Peth returned to Paradise on the most recent season and immediately hit it off with Demi Burnett. But as Bachelor Nation, we’re sure, isn’t soon to forget, Burnett opted to focus on her relationship with a woman she’d been dating in Los Angeles prior to filming, Kristian Haggerty (the two went on to get engaged and have since split). After Burnett, Peth pursued Tayshia Adams, but Adams turned Peth down for John Paul Jones (the two have since split). So, as far as we know, Peth is also single. Could he be a good match for Brown?
Shawn Booth
“Also love Shawn Booth,” said Higgins.
Shawn Booth won Kaitlyn Bristowe’s season of The Bachelorette. The two broke off their engagement after three years. Bristowe is currently with Jason Tartick from Becca Kufrin’s season, while Booth remains single.
However, he may not be a viable candidate for Brown because he told Life & Style on January 23 that he’s “focusing on [his] fitness career” and hasn’t had “too much time for dating.”
Nick Viall
Bachelor #3 is Nick Viall.
“As well as Nick Viall — like all three of those. Put those guys up in a line and let her choose. I think they’d all do great,” concluded Higgins.
Viall is still very involved in the Bachelor franchise. He was the runner-up on two seasons of The Bachelorette and went on to star as the bachelor. He got engaged to his season winner, Vanessa Grimaldi, but the two split after less than a year.
He, too, might not be a viable candidate for Brown, though, because he told Life & Style in March 2019 he plans to “stay away” from Bachelor Nation relationships.
“Public relationships don’t ever help the relationship,” he said.
After being burned by quite a few Bachelor people herself, Brown might want to “stay away” from the show’s alums as well. But we’ll see–stranger things have happened in Bachelor Nation.
