West and Kardashian married in 2014, after several years of dating and many more years of friendship. Over the years that followed, the pair welcomed four children and expanded their business empire by launching multiple exciting endeavors. However, rumors of problems between the couple continued in spite of it all, and in February 2021, Kardashian and West announced that they were splitting, with Kardashian filing for divorce from the rapper.
In the months since announcing their split, Kardashian and West have been spotted together on several occasions, supporting each other at various public events. They also appear to be amicably co-parenting their four young children. It seems as though there are no hard feelings between the power couple, and with Kardashian allegedly dating SNL star Pete Davidson, West has also moved on to try to find love.
Kanye West is allegedly dating the model Vinetria
Page Six recently reported that West is dating model Vinetria, a 22-year-old model and social media star. Sources told the publication that the two have been “hooking up” for some time, but have recently begun to take their romance public, with Vinetria joining West courtside at his Donda Academy’s debut basketball game in Minneapolis. Vinetria has also reportedly been to West’s Sunday Service.
As reported by Page Six, Vinetria is an up-and-coming model with a strong social media presence. She hails from California, and is a known fan of the Kardashian family, having tweeted her congratulations to Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker when they got engaged in October 2021. However, Vinetria has made her dislike for Travis Scott, Kylie Jenner’s boyfriend, well known when she posted that the rapper is “annoying” in a 2020 Instagram story. With all eyes on Vinetria and Kanye West’s budding relationship, it seems likely that the interest in the model will only increase.
Kanye West was in a brief relationship with Irina Shayk
Vinetria isn’t the first model West has been linked to. Just a couple of months after West split from Kim Kardashian, sources reported that he was seeing model Irina Shayk, who was formerly involved with Bradley Cooper. By June 2021, West and Shayk were spotted out shopping together, according to Glamour. Sources noted that while neither West nor Shayk was ready to go public with their romance, that they were in a “lovey-dovey phase.”
“They’re getting to know each other and having a lot of fun. It’s not serious yet, but they like each other a lot,” a source said to Us Weekly. However, by July 2021, the romance had cooled, and by August of that same year, Shayk and West had broken off their brief love affair. To date, West has not spoken out publicly about the relationship with Shayk, so it is still quite possible that the two were only ever just friends.
