Who Went Home on ‘The Bachelorette’ Week 6? Tayshia Adams Eliminated 3 Men After a Dramatic Night
On Nov. 17, The Bachelorette Season 16 Episode 6 continued Tayshia Adams’ quest to find love. As expected, Bachelor Nation fans got to know more about the remaining cast members. But unlike the last episode, Adams held a rose ceremony, and a few men were eliminated from the process. So who went home on The Bachelorette Week 6? Here’s what happened tonight.
[Spoiler alert: The Bachelorette Season 16 Episode 6.]
‘The Bachelorette’ Week 6 starts with a group date
The Bachelorette Week 6 kicked off with a group date. Bachelor in Paradise stars Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon hosted a “grown man” challenge for Adams and her suitors. The contestants tested their math, spelling, and cooking skills.
Naturally, Bennett — who went to Harvard — was on the date. But hilariously, he only succeeded in the cooking portion after charming Adams with his personality. Even so, it was enough for Bennett to win the whole challenge.
Meanwhile, Ed won the “man child of the evening,” which meant he had to carry a baby doll. The cast member also got into it with Chasen. Ed claimed Chasen wasn’t there for the right reasons and just wanted Instagram followers. But Chasen said he was starting to fall for Adams. Other contestants thought the argument was “weird.” And ultimately, it took time away from everyone else.
Eventually, Adams got involved with the argument, and the drama seemingly ended. Then the group date wrapped with Ben and Ivan in the lead. But in the end, Ivan got the rose.
The Ed and Chasen drama continues into ‘The Bachelorette’ Week 6 rose ceremony
Unfortunately, the drama between Chasen and Ed didn’t end after the group date. When The Bachelorette Week 6 moved on to the rose ceremony cocktail party, Chasen confronted Ed one more time and asked for an apology. Ed stuck by his previous comments and called Chasen a “fraud.” The other men looked tired — and honestly, same.
Nevertheless, the Chasen/Ed showdown didn’t impact the rose ceremony. Both suitors received a rose. Meanwhile, Adams eliminated Jay, Peter, and Montel, sending all three men home.
Tayshia Adams invites Noah to the second group date after a bold move
The second group date of The Bachelorette Week 6 came after the rose ceremony, as this episode was a continuation of the last. Of course, this meant Bachelor Nation fans were subjected to another round of the Chasen and Ed drama.
At the group date, host Chris Harrison and fan-favorite Wells Adams hosted a wrestling match. The Tayshia Adams’ men got all oiled up and wrestled while the other cast members watched. Chasen plowed through all of his opponents. Then in the final round, Chasen was set to face off with Ed. But Ed claimed he had a shoulder injury. So he sat it out.
As a result, Harrison asked the other suitors whether they’d be willing to fight for Adams. Then newcomer Noah immediately stepped into the ring. He wrestled Chasen in the final match. In the end, Adams picked Chasen as the winner. But even so, she invited Noah to the after-party.
During the evening portion, Adams spent some meaningful time with her contestants. But Ben — who seemed like an early frontrunner — failed to step it up. He only asked Adams for her time when the group date was over. Meanwhile, individuals like Noah caught the lead’s attention. He even shaved his mustache for her. And while Noah wasn’t even part of the group date, he received Adams’ rose.
