Why ‘Counting On’ Fans Are Sure These Clues Prove Joy-Anna Duggar Is Pregnant Again
Counting On fans are convinced there is another Duggar baby on the way. The Duggars experienced a huge baby boom in 2019, as Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar welcomed five grandchildren to the mix. While the family has not announced any new pregnancies in 2020, some Counting On viewers believe Joy-Anna Duggar is expecting her second child with husband, Austin Forsyth.
Joy-Anna Duggar had a miscarriage in 2019
In 2019, Joy and Austin announced they were expecting their second child together. The couple, who tied the knot in May 2017, revealed their baby was due in November 2019.
Sadly, Joy had a miscarriage five months into her pregnancy. Taking to social media, the Counting On stars revealed they had named their daughter Annabell Elise Forsyth.
They also opened up about the struggles they faced in the wake of the miscarriage. The pair hoped their story would help others who experienced the same tragedy.
Joy and Austin had their first child, Gideon Martyn Forsyth, in the winter of 2018. They have not commented on their plans to have more children (though knowing the Duggars, expanding the family is always in the plan).
Are there any ‘Counting On’ stars expecting in 2020?

We are admittedly only a month into 2020, but the Duggars have been strangely silent on announcing new pregnancies. In fact, the Counting On family is not expecting any new additions so far, at least not any that we know about.
While the Duggars have remained silent on the pregnancy front, some Counting On fans are convinced that Joy and Austin are expecting their second child together. They also believe there is good evidence to back up the idea that the couple is ready to have another baby — and it all has something to do with Joy’s activity on social media.
Is Joy Duggar really pregnant again?
Joy has not said anything about another pregnancy on social media. But that has not stopped fans from speculating about the Counting On star.
Viewers are convinced that Joy is pregnant mainly because she has not shared a full-body photo of herself since back in December. So some fans believe Joy is hiding a growing baby bump, though we have not seen evidence to back up the rumors.
Joy’s followers also believe there is a good reason why she hasn’t said anything about the pregnancy. According to The Hollywood Gossip, fans believe Joy has not announced that she is expecting because she does not want to repeat what happened with her second pregnancy.
If that is true, then Joy might wait until she is past the five-month mark of her pregnancy before she says anything. Unfortunately, that means we might not hear anything official for a few more months.
Joy honors her daughter’s memory
At the beginning of February, Joy shared an image of a gift she received in honor of the daughter she miscarried last year. Not one to hold anything back, Joy admitted that she cried after seeing the gift and thanked the fan for sending it.
The gift in question was a drawing of the Counting On star posing alongside her husband and son. Jesus is pictured standing next to them while holding a baby, who is supposed to represent her daughter.
“I’ve always said ‘My little girl is in the arms of Jesus,’ but this visual always makes me tear up!” Joy wrote on Instagram. “Such a good reminder. Thankful for this sweet gift!”
In addition to the artwork, Joy was also gifted with a necklace bearing her daughter’s name. We cannot say for sure whether Joy and Austin plan on having more children, but the miscarriage clearly still weighs heavy on her heart.
