Why Didn’t Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin Get a Prenup?
The word is that newly married Justin Bieber is concerned that he does not have a prenup agreement with Hailey Baldwin. He is worried that the massive imbalance in the net worth of the two will come back to haunt him. People are asking questions like:
Did they get in too much of a rush to get married and did not “take care of business?” Were either or both more concerned with their newfound love than protecting their wealth?
The important thing to remember is that Justin and Hailey are continuing to work through things and remain committed to each other. Let’s take a look at their relationship and why a prenup might not have been on their minds at the time.
What’s going on with Justin and Hailey?
Two things discussed are that Justin has been heard saying that he is nervous about not having a prenup with Hailey. The other is they got married in a courthouse ceremony in September 2018, and since that time, Justin has sought treatment for depression. Along with all that, Bieber says that he and Baldwin are “having some issues, but are committed to working through them.”

Along with sex addiction, depression, unequal financial status, and no prenup, it seems Bieber has trust issues, anxiety, and perhaps general tiredness from a complicated and very public life. Many of those around Justin say he suffers from being surrounded by “Yes” people.
Through it all, Hailey is reportedly standing by her man. She is supportive, and understanding, say Justin’s friends. Bieber says his present mental state has nothing to do with his marriage to Baldwin.
Justin’s relationship to Hailey
Baldwin is in a family of Hollywood royalty. Her uncle is Alec Baldwin, and her father is Stephen Baldwin. The other Baldwin brothers are Daniel and William, both of whom are in the business. Daniel is an actor, director, and producer. William is an actor, producer, and writer. Though Hailey says she continues to struggle with insecurities.
As for Justin, he went through growing up on stage. His dad was not around when he needed a father-figure, and we watched as he became tortured by media overexposure.
Hailey says:
The thing is, marriage is very hard. That is the sentence you should lead with. It’s really effing hard.
But Justin says in his Vogue interview, that he and Hailey are working things out and it’s an excellent time for them.
What Hailey brings to the marital table
Bieber and Baldwin are opposites in many ways. Where Justin is more emotional; Hailey is reliable and stable. Where he is somewhat immature, she is disciplined and steady. It looks as though everything that Justin isn’t, Hailey is. He has found the stability he has always been hunting in Haley’s structured and logical style.

Reportedly Bieber is worth $265 million, while Baldwin has a net worth of approximately $3 million. The couple still has the chance to work with their attorneys and agree to a post-nuptial settlement. The outcome would be the same as a prenup.
To let everyone know that he and Hailey were doing fine, Justin used the Bible to explain that “fighting is good.”
Doesn’t the Bible talk about righteous anger? We don’t want to lose each other. We don’t want to say the wrong thing, and so we’ve been struggling with not expressing our emotions, which has been driving me absolutely crazy because I just need to express myself, and it’s been really difficult to get her to say what she feels.
Baldwin noted that Bieber could usually get it out of her in the morning.
