The family owes its meteoric rise partially due to Kim Kardashian’s infamous sex tape with Ray J, and mostly due to their popular reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
The family has grown throughout the years to include such members as Kanye West, Scott Disick, and many children. Two members of the main cast of the show are sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, whose entire teenage lives were as a part of the extremely popular show.
The Jenners’ formative years were certainly different from the normal teenage experience, which has caused many fans to believe that the two are the most disconnected from the real world, and possibly the most selfish.

The Jenner family became a part of the Kardashian clan, when Kris Kardashian married Caitlyn Jenner in 1991. Both brought children from a previous marriage into the newly formed family as Kris Jenner had four children with Robert Kardashian, and Caitlyn Jenner also brought four children.
The former Olympic athlete and Kris Jenner then had two children of their own, first Kendall and then Kylie. Then in October 2007, the family dynamic changed forever with the start of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
The first appearance of Kylie and Kendall Jenner came when the two were 12 and 10 years old respectively. Both Jenner sisters have made appearances on other various Kardashian based reality shows. While Kendall Jenner is worth also worth millions, her net worth does not come close to her sisters. Her net worth was accumulated from her successful modeling career, as well as various high-profile endorsements with companies like Pepsi.

Celebrities, like Kim Kardashian and her half-sisters the Jenners with a large social media presence, are able to secure large amounts of money by promoting products and brands on their Instagram pages.
Why do some fans think the Jenner sisters are ‘bratty?’
Every single main cast member on Keeping Up With the Kardashians has had an overly dramatic, and possibly embarrassing moment or two. The show is mostly based on personal drama and familial disagreements, which can give the impression that the Kardashian-Jenners are out-of-touch and exaggerated people.
Of course, it is impossible to know what the family is like when the cameras are off, man fans believe that the Jenner sisters are “bratty,” mostly because they were raised in the bright spotlight of the public eye. Fame at a young age has a major impact on most child stars.
This is not true for every child star, but public meltdowns from people like Lindsay Lohan, Miley Cyrus, and Amanda Bynes have shown that it can be difficult to adjust to regular life after achieving massive fame at a young age. In the case of the Jenner sisters, their fame, and wealth, is still growing but there is always the chance for a classic young celebrity meltdown.
