Willow Smith Is a Homeowner – Inside Her Serene $3 Million Malibu Beach Home
Willow Smith is proving she’s no longer a little girl. The “Whip My Hair” singer can now call Malibu her home and she’s not under her famous parents’ roof anymore. Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith’s daughter is now the proud homeowner of her own digs.
With a bird’s eye view of the beautiful blue ocean, Willow now has the perfect escape for a creative like herself. Luckily, she’s not too far from her family or other famous friends who have property in the area.
Willow Smith’s new $3 million home
Willow’s new home exudes all of the zen-like qualities she possesses. Variety reports Willow’s new pad has stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. The home was actually not even listed for sale at the time of her purchase.
Built in 2011, the home is described as contemporary and for those who are all about modern LEED energy efficiency standards. High-tech appliances are spread throughout the home, including a greywater recycling system, solar power, and a two-car garage with Tesla charging capability. It’s unclear if the singer owns a Telsa.
Willow has plenty of space at her new beach house. The home is a little under 3,000-square-feet with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The single-story manor features an open-concept floorplan with a three-sided fireplace between the formal dining area and an eat-in kitchen.
Her famous neighbors include her own family who has homes in the Malibu area as well as Calabasas. Willow’s older brother Jaden is currently living in a multi-acre estate in Hidden Hills.
What Willow Smith has been up to
Willow is busy these days. In addition to creating music, the 19-year-old is also co-host of her family Facebook talk show Red Table Talk alongside her mother and grandmother. The show is in its third season and Willow has carved out her own lane with the show by opening up about everything from her sexuality to her own childhood trauma.
While talking about sexuality on the show, Willow admits she identifies as bisexual.
“I love men and women equally and so I would definitely want one man, one woman,” Willow says. “I feel like I could be polyfidelitous with those two people…“I’m not the kind of person that is constantly looking for new sexual experiences. I focus a lot on the emotional connection and I feel like if I were to find two people of the different genders that I really connected with and we had a romantic and sexual connection, I don’t feel like I would feel the need to try to go find more.”
Her constant style evolution is what keeps her fans wanting more. She cut her hair bald for the second time.
A source tells HollywoodLife, “Willow shaved her head for symbolic reason, she wants to leave the past behind,” they explain. “She’s had her struggles with anxiety but she’s feeling very empowered and ready to reclaim her life. Shaving off all her hair was a way to release everything and start fresh.”
She’s also dating fellow actor and musician, Tyler Cole. Cole’s song “Willow” is a dedication to their relationship.
