‘Winter House’: Where is the Cast Staying and How Much is the House Worth?
The new Bravo series Winter House premiered on Oct. 20, 2021, and is a mashup of two of the channel’s other reality TV shows. Winter House has cast members from both Southern Charm and Summer House, but it added a few fresh faces into the mix to spice things up. Where is the ‘Winter House’ cast staying?
Summer House and Southern Charm are used to filming in warmer weather, but Winter House is changing things up. The cast includes Austen Kroll, Craig Conover, Kyle Cooke, Amanda Batula, Lindsay Hubbard, Ciara Miller, Luke Gulbranson, Paige DeSorbo, Andrea Denver, Jason Cameron, Julia McGuire, and Gabrielle Kniery. If you think that’s a lot of strong personalities in one house, you aren’t wrong.
For this series, producers placed the cast in a luxury home in the town of Stowe, Vermont, which is about 45 minutes east of Burlington. There’s plenty of snow for things like skiing and snowboarding, and according to the Burlington Free Press, the house sits on a little over 7 acres of land. While the temperature outside might be freezing, the drama that’s sure to come this season will definitely cause some cast members to get heated.
How much does the luxury home cost?
Bravo didn’t skimp when it came to amenities for the cast of Winter House, either. The house features six bedrooms and five full bathrooms with at least one powder room. Not only that, the home includes a game room, multiple decks, and a hot tub. There’s also an apartment above the heated garage that has three additional bedrooms.
The home sold back in November of 2020 for close to a whopping $1.2 million. On Instagram, castmates Paige and Craig gave viewers a tour of the house, including the bedroom Kyle and Amanda got stuck with in the premiere. (If you missed the first episode of the season, Kyle was not happy to not have the first pick when it came to bedrooms, something he’s been used to all those summers spent in the Hamptons on Summer House.) The couple also showed fans the massive kitchen in the house, and the hot tub, which we’re sure will see plenty of use this season.
When does ‘Winter House’ air on Bravo?
Winter House’s run is much shorter than most of Bravo’s other reality TV series. The cast was only together for two weeks, and viewers are only getting 6 episodes of the new show. Fans might be disappointed, but maybe it was for the best if tempers flare between the cast members. We already know at least one relationship has come out of the show between Paige and Craig, but we have to wait to see how it all pans out.
Winter House airs on Wednesday nights at 9 p.m. ET on the Bravo channel, but don’t worry if you don’t have cable. Viewers with subscriptions to Hulu Live can watch the series, and those with a regular Hulu subscription can watch the episode the next day.
