Woman Claims to Be JAY-Z’s Secret Daughter
JAY-Z seems to embody the American Dream concept. He built himself up to be one of the world’s top icons after growing up in poverty, married someone equally successful, and then became a father. He now lives a quiet life with his wife, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter, and their three children: Blue Ivy, 8, Sir, 2, and Rumi, 2.
But his image is being called into question after a woman went public with claims that JAY-Z is her father. She’s reportedly been blasting the 4:44 rapper on social media, alleging he knows about her but has never acknowledged her.
The allegations against JAY-Z
The woman leveling the claims against JAY-Z is 28-year-old La’Teasha Macer. According to Bossip, she was born in 1990 and hails from Maryland. Her mother, Lisa, was allegedly introduced to JAY-Z by Lisa’s sister and reportedly began a romantic relationship with him soon thereafter.
Lisa’s sister reportedly shared the story on Facebook, alleging that they had tried to reach JAY-Z at his Roc-A-Fella headquarters when Lisa became pregnant but were mocked by staffers.
“I know the STORY FROM start too finish, I hooked your Mother&father up YEARS ago. Jay ask me who she was when I lived on 500 side Greenwood Ave! We chilled in that Apartment so many times, we laughed, drank, smoked, played card and some more Sh*t… Lisa and I have talked about this for YEARS!” wrote Macer’s aunt.
“Sh*t I remember when Lisa came too my house on Bradley Ave in Cambridge MD and WE Lisa & I CALLED ROCK A FELLA and we was trying too contact Jay too tell him about Teasha and the Exact words from the MAN was ‘DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY WOMEN CALL HERE DAILY & and say Jay-Z they baby Daddy!!!'”
“MY HAND TOO GOD…so as Gloria Jean Turner would say what’s done in the dark will come too LIGHT ONE DAY!!!!! this is them DAYS..” she continued.

It’s not the first time someone has floated these kinds of claims
A man named Rymir Satterthwaite has claimed that JAY-Z is his dad for years. His mother claimed that she allegedly had a fling with JAY-Z in 1992 that resulted in her pregnancy, per The Sun. However, JAY-Z has allegedly denied being the father and refused to take a DNA test.
After nonstop rumors, JAY-Z appeared to address the speculation on the song “Heard About Us,” which appears on his and Beyoncé’s joint album, EVERYTHING IS LOVE (2018). In it, he raps, “Billie Jean in his prime…For the thousandth time, the kid ain’t mine.”
Despite this, Satterthwaite has continued with his story. He even released a song in 2018 where he threw shade at the “Big Pimpin'” rapper and claimed that JAY-Z had been trying to blackball him in the music industry, per The Sun.
At one point, Satterthwaite raps: “N***a wash up still doing tracks, like 55 where f*ck you at, need to go back to your old days, grown man in his old ways”.
JAY-Z did not appear to address the song.
