Let’s be honest. We’re a few episodes into The Bachelorette Season 16, and we barely know Clare Crawley’s cast aside from Dale Moss. But now that Tayshia Adams has officially taken the lead, it looks like we’re going to see some other personalities shine through. So who is Zac Clark — aka Zac C. — from Adams’ season of The Bachelorette? Here’s what you need to know about the 36-year-old addiction specialist from Haddonfield, New Jersey.
Who is Zac Clark from Tayshia Adams’ season of ‘The Bachelorette’?
According to Zac C.’s Bachelorette profile, Adams’ new suitor is career-focused, but he’s also up for some adventure. In 2017, Zac C. co-founded a recovery program, Release Recovery, after putting his own party days behind him. The contestant’s bio also called his work his “life’s purpose.” And now, he’s looking forward to building his life with someone special.
“Zac C. says he is a sucker for good style and loves a woman with curves,” the Bachelorette profile reads. “Toughness and confidence are incredibly sexy to him, and finding a woman whose entire life isn’t wrapped up in their relationship is key.”
It also seems Zac C. is a big sports fan, as the cast member’s profile states he “loves Philadelphia sports and dreams of sharing a Philly Cheesesteak with his future wife while watching the Eagles win a Super Bowl.” Meanwhile, Zac C.’s Instagram truly captures what he’s about. The contestant’s feed is filled with family, friends, travels, and game days. He’s also participated in the New York City Marathon for the past few years.
Chris Harrison says Zac C. has a ‘heartfelt story’ to tell on ‘The Bachelorette’
Bachelor Nation didn’t see much between Crawley and Zac C. on The Bachelorette. But hopefully, viewers will see more from the contestant with Adams. That said, when Chris Harrison gave the rundown of the season 16 cast, the host hinted the show will delve deeper into Zac C.’s backstory.
“Zac C., 36-years-old, tremendous story here,” Harrison said in September 2020. “Just a great guy. Has a bit of a Nick Viall vibe to him. Again, I’m not sure if that’s a good thing. We’ll see, but he really is a tremendous guy. This guy has a heart of gold.”
He continued, “Starts out slow out of the gate. Just his demeanor, his personality, he’s a quiet guy. He’s a sweetheart. But a heartfelt story that I don’t want to go into because I really want him to tell this story.”

What happens to Zac C. and Tayshia Adams on ‘The Bachelorette’?
For now, The Bachelorette fans will have to wait and see what happens between Zac C. and Adams as the season continues. But on Nov. 4, Bachelor Nation spoiler guru Reality Steve discussed how the former phlebotomist’s season ends.
According to Reality Steve, Adams’ final two men were Zac C. and Ben Smith. In the end, Adams picked Zac C. as her final rose, but they didn’t get engaged in The Bachelorette finale. The blogger wasn’t able to confirm whether the couple is still together now.
Update: On Dec. 14, Reality Steve revealed Ben does not make it to Adams’ final two on The Bachelorette Season 16. According to the blogger’s new update, Adams will choose between Zac C. and Brendan Morais.
