Baylen Dupree took a big risk when she invited TV cameras to follow her life.

The 22-year-old offered people a candid look at her experience with Tourette syndrome in her reality show, Baylen Out Loud, which premiered earlier this year on TLC. Her hope was that people who watched would come away with a better understanding of the condition, which causes uncontrollable tics, or involuntary muscle movements or sounds. Now, she’s thanking people who’ve embraced her and her story.

Baylen spoke about her show and her diagnosis at an FYC panel event on April 22 in West Hollywood. Afterward, she took to social media to share how grateful she was that her show had been so well received.

“What an amazing event. I can’t say thank you enough for all the love, & change Baylen Out Loud has been able to make to this world,” she wrote on Instagram. “Thank you to everyone who showed up & has faith in this show. It means everything. love you all so much.”

Baylen’s parents, Julie and Allen Dupree, and her fiancé Colin Dooley joined her on stage at the event. Colin, a member of the U.S. Air Force who got engaged to Baylen in the March 2025 season 1 finale, said he was eager for them to start their new life together.

“Being a husband for Baylen is, I would say, just my dream,” he said (via Access Hollywood). “I know that I love her, and I want to spend the rest of my life with her. So, I just can’t wait for that day.”

But the happy couple isn’t exactly rushing down the aisle. Baylen hinted that they were taking their time and enjoying being engaged, and that wedding preparations would be a major part of the show’s sophomore season. (TLC renewed Baylen Out Loud in February 2025, a little over a month after the series premiere.)

“There’s not a lot of planning going on. We’re just kind of living in the moment right now,” she said. “There will be a lot of planning coming in season 2.”
