Blake Lively Chows Down on Pizza With ‘Another Simple Favor’ Co-Stars 

Blake Lively was spotted in New York City on Tuesday, where she indulged in a slice of pizza ahead of the release of her new movie Another Simple Favor. 

The actor and recent TIME100 honoree took an enthusiastic bite out of NYC’s signature dish at an event promoting the sequel to 2018’s A Simple Favor, which premieres May 1 on Prime Video. Her co-stars Lorenzo de Moor and Michele Morrone also chowed down on the cheesy comfort food. 

Lively wore a basic, sleeveless black maxi dress as she promoted the movie. She accessorized her otherwise toned-down look with an eye-catching purse designed to look like a slice of pepperoni pizza. The sold-out crystal clutch by Judith Leiber retailed for $5,700.  

Another Simple Favor is set in Capri, Italy, where Emily (Lively) and Stephanie (Anna Kendrick) reunite for Emily’s over-the-top wedding to an Italian businessman. “Along with the glamorous guests, expect murder and betrayal to RSVP for a wedding with more twists and turns than the road from the Marina Grande to the Capri town square,” Amazon teases of the movie, which is directed by Paul Feig. 

Lively, who is currently embroiled in a legal battle with her It Ends With Us co-star and director Justin Baldoni, has taken to social media to share how much she enjoyed working on Another Simple Favor. 

“Making this movie was already the gift, every element of it,” she wrote on Instagram in March after the movie premiered at SXSW. “To share it with you all and feel the love returned to us was the best feeling.”
