Kanye “Ye” West and Kim Kardashian are at odds following differences in parenting. Ye included their eldest daughter, North, on a track with Sean “Diddy” Combs. He also reportedly invited Andrew and Tristan Tate to his recording studio while North was there, making Kardashian furious. So, what were the Tate brothers doing with Ye in the presence of North? Here’s what was going on when Kardashian pulled the plug.

Kanye ‘Ye’ West and Andrew Tate were reportedly recording a podcast in the presence of North West

Kanye “Ye” West has an ultra-close relationship with his eldest daughter, North West. Ye hopes to help North with her music career, and she appears to idolize her father. Unfortunately, Ye and Kim Kardashian have different ideas on how to parent their four kids. Kardashian told Ye not to release a track that included North and Sean “Diddy” Combs, as she didn’t want her daughter and Combs in the same conversation. Later, Kardashian removed her daughter when she found out North was in the presence of Andrew and Tristan Tate at Ye’s studio.

The Tate brothers have a troubled past. Andrew and Tristan were arrested in Romania and charged with rape, trafficking minors, and forming a gang for the sexual exploitation of women. The brothers have also been accused of rape and human trafficking in the UK. Andrew’s ex-girlfriend is suing him for violent abuse.

So, why did Ye invite the nefarious Tate brothers over with his daughter present? According to TMZ, Ye and Andrew sat down to record a podcast. Andrew’s lawyer, Joseph D. McBride, posted insight into what Ye and Andrew discussed.

“Last night, I sat on a couch and watched Andrew, Tristan, and @kanyewest talk for hours about the suffering and betrayals they’ve endured for achieving greatness on their own terms,” McBride posted to X.

Considering recent events with Kanye “Ye” West, Kim Kardashian allegedly hopes to seek full custody of their four children. Page Six reports Kardashian sought an emergency custody hearing following the Tate brothers’ visit with Ye and North. Unfortunately, it won’t be easy to separate North from Ye.

“North loves him,” an insider explained. “I can’t speak for the other kids, but North is definitely Ye’s girl. But it must be scary for Kim.” Ye also posted about going for full custody of the children.

Dr. Phil McGraw of talk show fame spoke about how Kardashian and Ye could potentially lose custody of their kids if their quarreling continues.

“What we do not want is for these children to wind up in foster care,” McGraw said on TMZ’s 2 Angry Men podcast, “because that system is broken. … And you think, ‘Well with this kind of money, they’re not going to wind up in foster care.’ That’s wrong. If DCF gets involved and thinks one parent is not reacting and the other parent is unstable, they will take them. Now, they’re likely to put them with a family member rather than strangers. But, you don’t want these children hung out to dry.”

Kim Kardashian is furthering her own law career

Kim Kardashian might be taking legal steps to keep her children safe from Kanye “Ye” West. In the meantime, she’s also getting better acquainted with the law. According to TMZ, she took the MPRE — Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination. The test goes over legal ethics and conduct and is a mandatory step toward the U.S. state bar exam.

Kardashian hopes to follow in her father’s footsteps and become a lawyer. She passed the “baby bar” in 2021 after three prior failures. Perhaps Ye’s latest outbursts against her have pushed her to continue her law career dreams.
