Meghan Markle Reportedly Wants to Use Her New Podcast as a ‘Springboard’ for ‘Very Adult’ As Ever Products
Meghan Markle’s new podcast is more than just another business venture. It’s also reportedly a way for the Duchess of Sussex to branch out with her As Ever lifestyle brand. Ahead, how the 43-year-old wants to use “Confessions of a Female Founder with Meghan” to bring “very adult” products to As Ever.
Meghan’s new podcast premiered on April 8, 2025
The first episode of the duchess’s Lemonada Media podcast, “Confessions of a Female Founder with Meghan,” dropped on April 8, 2025. Titled “The Evolution of the Entrepreneur,” Meghan talked with her friend, Whitney Wolfe Herd, the founder of the dating app Bumble.
They had a wide-ranging conversation during the nearly 50-minute episode. The two shared how they met (on New Year’s Eve at Meghan and Prince Harry’s Montecito, Calif., home). They talked about motherhood (both had postpartum preeclampsia). Other topics included overthinking business decisions (Meghan admitted to “spiral[ing]” about packaging) and being an entrepreneur in the public eye.
New episodes of the podcast, which Meghan is credited with creating and hosting, drop every Tuesday.
Meghan wants to offer ‘intimate’ As Ever products with help from her new podcast
Radar Online has reported that Meghan wants to expand her As Ever product range. To include what? Wellness products related to sex, similar to Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop. Meghan, a source claimed, “will use the podcast as a springboard to widen her range of products on As Ever.”
“She doesn’t want to restrict herself to just selling pancake mix and jars and jelly,” the insider said. Instead, the former Suits star “wants the full range of wellness and lifestyle products like sex toys, lingerie, etc, which are sold via Goop.”
“She wants to form a huge brand and sell very grown-up products,” they added. Meghan’s way in is her new podcast from Lemonada Media. “Her podcast will give her a route to that market because she can start talking about intimate aspects of her life and those of her guests. And then listeners can link to her As Ever brand to shop off the back of their listening experience.”
Meghan’s As Ever products are currently sold out
When As Ever went live on April 2, 2025, it wasn’t long before all nine items sold out. Items flying off the brand’s digital shelves included flower sprinkles ($15), honey ($28), three flavors of herbal tea ($12/each), shortbread cookie mix ($14), crepe mix ($14), and Raspberry Spread ($9-14).
The As Ever site has since been updated. It now includes a banner at the top of the homepage alerting visitors that stock from the first drop is gone. The only option is to “be the first to know about restocks and future collections” by signing up for the brand’s mailing list.
Meghan hinted at more to come for her lifestyle brand in an Instagram post reacting to the launch’s success. “Our shelves may be empty, but my heart is full!” she wrote in the caption alongside an image of her first nine As Ever products. “We sold out in less than one hour and I can’t thank you enough…for celebrating, purchasing, sharing, and believing. It’s just the start […] Here we go!”
