Mission Accomplished! Meghan Markle Is Seen Exactly the Way She Intended in New Netflix Teaser Trailer
We’re just days away from the debut of Meghan Markle‘s Netflix show. And to get fans ready, a new trailer for With Love, Meghan has just been released.
In the one-minute and 14-second clip from the docuseries, the former Suits star can be heard saying, “This is about connecting with friends and just learning,” before it cuts to a scene of Meghan having a conversation with chef Roy Choi about the “joys of cooking.”
Now, an expert is saying that Meghan comes off a certain way in that new clip and that’s exactly how she planned it.
Expert says Meghan has deliberately been trying to make herself appear a certain way
In February, the duchess accompanied her husband to this year’s Invictus games just as she’s done the past few years. But there was something different this year as Meghan seemed to try and tone down her looks instead of doing a ton of outfit changes and flashing so many designer brands like she did in prior years.
Marketing expert and the CEO of Go Up, Edward Coram James, spoke to GB News about how that was done deliberately by the duchess so people could see her as “relatable.”
He explained: “The choice of Invictus Games as the primary focus seems deliberate. It’s a bulletproof cause. Notice what’s missing? Any luxury, any Hollywood glam, any over-curation. This is intentional. She wants people to see her as relatable, hardworking, and philanthropic.”

Another expert shared if Meghan comes across as ‘relatable’ and ‘down to earth’ in new clip
Darren Stanton is a body language and behavioral expert with a degree in psychology. He previously worked as a police officer and used his expertise to uncover the truth when interviewing hundreds of suspects. He later moved into media and TV as a consultant and has been dubbed the “Human Lie Detector.”
Now, Stanton has analyzed Meghan’s body language in her newly-released trailer for the show.
Speaking on behalf of Betfair Casino, Stanton observed that “Meghan comes across as very down to earth in the clip. This feels like her successfully connecting with the audience more and really opening up. The tone of the show really helps humanize her, taking her down from that royal pedestal that people have put her on.

“She is actively listening, showing engagement, keeping an open posture, and not dominating the space, all of which are signs of humility. This, combined with the mundane conversations her and her guest are having, makes her seem quite relatable.”
The body language expert added: “Meghan also appears supremely confident and relaxed – her posture was open, her movements smooth, and she was maintaining steady eye contact. This is unsurprising, she is back in her element. Being in front of the camera comes naturally to her and you can see that in her body language. The show is clearly her baby and she really wants to connect with the audience.”
Showbiz Cheat Sheet acknowledges conditions and cultures can impact body language and is sensitive to all backgrounds.
