Prince George Hilariously Tells off Reality TV Star With Prince William’s Help
Prince George isn’t mincing words. The 11-year-old British royal just told off a reality TV star with help from his dad, Prince William. When the Prince of Wales, 42, met with stars of a farming show, he passed along some words from his son and heir. Spoiler: The TV star’s totally OK with being “told off” by George.
George’s message for ‘Clarkson’s Farm’ star Kaleb Cooper: stop swearing
William made a solo trip to a farm in Pensford, England, on March 26, 2025. There, he met stars of the popular U.K. reality series, Clarkson’s Farm, to raise mental health awareness among farmers.
The show, which is streaming on Amazon Prime Video, premiered in 2021. It follows U.K. TV presenter Jeremy Clarkson, the same one who apologized to William’s sister-in-law, Meghan Markle, after backlash about hating her in a 2022 column, as he attempts to run a farm. The only problem? Clarkson has no farming experience.
Although William went to the farm alone, he did pass along a message from George, the oldest of he and Kate Middleton’s three children which also include Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6. Speaking to farmer Kaleb Cooper, who also stars on Clarkson’s Farm, William revealed that George wanted Cooper to stop wearing.
“You’ve got George watching now,” William told Cooper, per Hello. “I said to him, ‘What shall I say if I meet Kaleb?’” George’s answer? “Tell Kaleb to mind his language.”
The star of ‘Clarkson’s Farm’ took being ‘told off’ by Prince George in stride
As for how the reality TV star reacted to George’s words, Cooper took them in stride, focusing instead on the positive part of the hilarious encounter. Namely, the show’s ability to connect with entire families, including kids and adults.
“I did get told off for swearing too much,” Cooper said after meeting William. “I tried to stop, but at the same time, it’s awesome. That’s what I like about the whole show—I’ve had so many people thank me, going, ‘You brought the family together.’ It’s a great feeling.”
So, Cooper’s potty mouth may not be a thing of the past, but nevertheless he’s happy to be bringing audiences—including George and the British royals—together in front of the TV.
George’s comments are the latest in a long line from the Wales kids
This is far from the first time William and Kate’s kids have been the source of some giggle-inducing comments. Over the years, George, Charlotte, and Louis have delivered some zingers.
Louis, the youngest of the Wales siblings, is known to go viral at royal family events for his antics, which have, at times, included some hilarious remarks. During 2022’s Trooping the Colour, he chatted with Queen Elizabeth II about planes on the Buckingham Palace balcony.
Another time, also coincidentally during the annual celebration, Charlotte told off her younger brother for wiggling. “You have to stop doing that. Watch the parade. Do as you’re told,” Charlotte said to Louis in 2024, per a lip reader. His response: “Nope.”
Louis, ever the jokester, also once dissed maternal grandmother, Carole Middleton, during a family vacation to the island of Mustique. The soon-to-be 7-year-old was overheard on the beach refusing to get out of the water, telling Carole, “Go away, you’re old!’”
