Hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is currently behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. He faces charges for racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution, following the Homeland Security raids on two of his properties in 2024. In September 2024, Combs put his Los Angeles mansion up for sale for $61.5 million. Here’s what to know about his agent taking the mansion off the market and relisting it.

Sean “Diddy” Combs hoped to sell his Holmby Hills mansion. The 17,000-square-foot home has 10 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, and a guesthouse. He bought the property in 2014 for $40 million. Combs put the house up for sale in September 2024 for $61.5 million.

According to Realtor.com, Combs pulled the mansion off the market on March 4, 2025. The mogul’s agent, Kurt Rappaport, then relisted the property a few hours later. It’s unclear what prompted the delisting and relisting.

Bo Belmont, the CEO of California real estate crowdfunding firm Belwood Investments, reportedly offered Combs $30 million for the property in November 2024. “I want to remove the stigma and focus on the charming elegance of this remarkable property,” he stated, according to Realtor.com. “We intend major renovations and especially want to recapture the beautiful, bucolic setting of the outside grounds, with its picturesque trees, foliage, and walkways.”

It doesn’t look like Combs sold the property to Belmont.
