Britney Spears
Britney Spears is an American singer-songwriter, actor, and dancer.
At the age of 11, Spears joined Disney Channel's The All-New Mickey Mouse Club. She starred alongside Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera, and Keri Russell.
Spears released her first single, "...Baby One More Time" in 1998 and followed it with "Oops!... I Did It Again" in 2000.
Spears' first acting role was the 2002 coming-of-age drama Crossroads. In 2012, she joined The X Factor as a judge for a single season and in 2013, she started a Vegas residency at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino that lasted through 2017.
The pop icon was recently freed from a controversial conservatorship — it was implemented in 2008 and left her with no legal control over her estate or assets — that gave her father, Jamie Spears, full control of her life.
