Ree Drummond is an American food blogger, author, TV personality that is known to fans as The Pioneer Woman. She is the host of Food Network's hit show The Pioneer Woman.
The celebrity chef got her start in 2006 when she created her blog. On this blog, she chronicled her life as a ranch wife and mother of four, while sharing recipes.
Her blog led to her first cookbook and ultimately her Food Network show in 2011. She has authored several books: Black Heels to Tractor Wheels (2007), The Pioneer Woman Cooks: Recipes from an Accidental Country Girl (2009), The Pioneer Woman Cooks: Food from My Frontier (2012), The Pioneer Woman Cooks: A Year of Holidays: 140 Step-by-Step Recipes for Simple, Scrumptious Celebrations (2013) and The Pioneer Woman Cooks: The New Frontier: 112 Fantastic Favorites for Everyday Eating (2019).
In 2016, Ree Drummond opened up the Pioneer Woman Mercantile in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. It is a two-level restaurant, retail store, and bakery.
Ree Drummond is married to Ladd Drummond and the couple has four kids together: Alex, Paige, Bryce, and Todd. In 2020, they welcomed their foster son Jamar.
The Drummonds are one of the largest landowners in America, owning over 430,000 acres of property in the U.S.
